The Senior Manager, Growth Insights and Analytics will support the execution of strategic growth opportunities, ranging from pricing and packaging decisions to optimization of sales and marketing resources. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and customer-back insights, this role provides strategic and analytical guidance on key growth initiatives across Bluebeam. The role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to identify growth and efficiency opportunities through analysis and interpretation of financial, operational, and market data.
About the Role:
- Shape and inform strategy across multiple growth arenas (pricing and packaging, discounting, go-to-market effectiveness, etc.) through long-range analysis and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design, execute, and evaluate analytical tests and define relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives; iterate recommendations to maximize impact.
- Develop data-driven business cases and clearly communicate growth strategies, progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders across Bluebeam.
- Conduct customer and market research across the construction technology and broader AEC landscape to identify customer needs, external drivers, trends, and opportunities that inform planning and investment decisions.
- Lead day-to-day execution and coordination of complex, cross-functional growth initiatives spanning sales, marketing, product, operations, pricing, and other teams, ensuring alignment, momentum, and clear communication.
- Promote a growth-oriented and experimental culture by encouraging innovation, structured experimentation, and continuous improvement across growth initiatives.
About You:
- Advanced Analytical Toolkit: Ability to design and evaluate multiple analytical approaches (A/B testing, pre/post analysis, cohort analysis, etc.), manipulate complex datasets, and translate statistical results into actionable insights.
- Strategic and Analytical Judgment: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize internal performance data and external market insights into clear strategic recommendations.
- Executive Communication and Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence decisions and collaborate effectively across functions and leadership levels.
- Program and Change Leadership: Proven capability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes within a matrixed organization.
- Market and Customer Insight: Experience conducting market analysis and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and implications for growth strategy.
- Results-Oriented Innovation: Ability to foster experimentation and continuous improvement while maintaining accountability for measurable business outcomes.
- 8-12 years of total relevant work experience including 3+ as a senior
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Graduate Degree in Analytics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (preferred)

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base Salary Range: $108,900 - $136,000 + annual bonus incentive
