The Senior Manager of Business Process Management will manage a team of Business Process Analysts who strategize, plan, and execute on establishing business capabilities and processes and identifying improvements needed to streamline and optimize business operations. This position will operate at the senior management level, focus on leading and building a high-performance team and culture, lead continuous improvements for the team, contribute to continuous improvements for the department, and support the department leader in leading the department.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Guides the team in establishing a Business Process Management Discovery Plan for assigned processes. This includes documenting business capabilities, process flows, health analysis, and identifying process improvements.
  • Manages team through the stages of forming, storming, norming, and performing, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and public shares to publish team information, including team charters, service offerings, and role definitions.
  • Serve as the team leader, managing stakeholder expectations, building trusted partnerships, and representing the team in meetings and forums.
  • Works with senior management and executive leaders to establish a cohesive Business Process Management Strategy, considering goals, compliance, KPIs, and process improvements.
  • Ensures documented flows using Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) adhere to practice standards. Captures essential information such as KPIs, staffing, systems, and compliance.
  • Analyzes process flows, identifies needed improvements, and drives initiatives forward.
  • Assists the Department Leader with continuous improvements by enhancing the department’s charter, goals, KPIs, dashboards, processes, job architecture, and structure

 

About You

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Business Analysis or related field, with at least 5 years in Management.
  • Business Acumen: Experience collaborating with teams in sales, marketing, finance, people management, and operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Aris, SmartSheet, Salesforce, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to solve problems, analyze data, and use metrics effectively.
  • Communication: Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Collaboration: Experience managing teams, stakeholder management, and teamwork.
  • Leadership: Accountability, decision-making, strategy and planning, and talent management.
  • Process Management: Understanding of process modeling, BMPN, and reporting.
  • Industry Experience (a plus): Software, SaaS, AEC

The base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base salary range for this position is: $125,700 – $157,100 + bonus incentive.
