About the Role

Collaborate with GTM teams across multiple Nemetschek (parent company) brands to shape, execute, and optimize end-to-end growth strategies and best practices tailored for B2B SaaS companies.

Develop testing frameworks/models to ensure digital marketing campaigns are continuously optimized (e.g. A/B, multivariate, and matched-market tests).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to product marketing, sales, and external agencies to align digital demand generation efforts with business objectives and to ensure a consistent approach to follow-up with and convert marketing-generated leads.

Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts against target KPIs (e.g. pipeline performance metrics, CAC, retention, ROI, and LTV).

Champion an agile, iterative approach across GTM teams, continuously searching for and exploiting new growth opportunities.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Champion a culture of innovation and growth mindset across marketing teams by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation with new channels, tactics, and technologies.
About You
-
Hands-on digital marketing experience in management consulting and/or focus on B2B marketing in technology/SaaS, scaling customer acquisition, and retention in digital or SaaS ventures.

Driving multi-channel growth initiatives across marketing/media agencies or in-house teams.

Highly organized, with extensive project management experience, strong communication and leadership abilities.

Demonstrated success in leveraging data for actionable insights and growth optimizations.

A passion for building and scaling digital growth initiatives as a proactive, strategic contributor.

Ability to think both analytically and creatively, synthesizing insights to guide strategic actions.

Flexibility to balance and pivot between tasks, with a commitment to critical thinking and attention to detail in all work.

Experience with key ad tech platforms such as DSPs, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other related tools

Professional certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Marketo Certification preferred

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $155,000 - $190,000
