The Sr. Analyst, Market Research & Analytics is responsible for assisting the Product team in conducting market research and executing analytics that fit Bluebeam's short-term and long-term product strategy. The individual should have proven experience in the field of data analytics and a strong understanding of data engineering, and data science concepts and technologies.

The analyst should support in collecting user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.

 

The analyst should also be able to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to identify trends, patterns, and insights and provide recommendations to improve business & product performance.

 

About the Role: 

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends and insights that inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Utilize market intelligence to define product positioning & joint value propositions.
  • Track KPIs and manage reports and data visualizations using Power BI, leveraging best practices for data visualization and storytelling.
  • Communicate complex data findings and insights to various stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and predictive analytics to identify product improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Create visually compelling and interactive dashboards to track product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and product analytics.

 

About You: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, financial modeling, strategy, or data analytics required
  • A sound understanding of SaaS software business models and cost drivers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
  • Great teammate possessing critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for data and analysis
  • Ability to clearly communicate and represent data verbally and via presentation
  • Experience developing and implementing customer surveys, data visualization, and analytics software like Power BI, Tableau
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $89,000 - $111,200.
