We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer that can help design, implement, and maintain solutions that align with our business needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop customized solutions.

 

*This is a Hybrid position, and it is strongly preferred to sit out of our Pasadena, CA office 2-3 times a week*

 

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using industry-standard integration tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design integration architecture, and implement solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
  • Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and releases of NetSuite and Salesforce platforms to leverage new functionalities and optimize integration performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and provide regular updates on project progress

About You:

 

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 6+ years as a developer with Apex, LWC and systems Integration experience
  • Knowledge of REST API and SOAP
  • Experience integrating 3rd party applications and working with integration tools
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
  • Knowledge of SuiteScript is a plus
  • Experience developing Lightning Web Components
  • Develop custom scripts, connectors, and middleware solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow automation between Salesforce and other applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to address complex integration issues and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Haves:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components,and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite and AWS integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $105,800 - $145,325
