We’re hiring a Sales and Operations Policy Manager, who is responsible for owning Bluebeam’s Sales and Operations policy program. This includes documenting, publishing and maintaining all Sales and Operations policy documentation for Bluebeam’s GTM teams. This role also serves to identify gaps or deficiencies in policy, working cross functionally with other internal teams to proactively fill those gaps, and leading the charge to maintain accurate, accessible and consumable documented policies for GTM teams to use and reference. This role functions as internal SME to all Sales and Operations policies as well as coordinating and driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure cohesive and clear communication of policies to all affected teams.

 

About the Role:

  • Lead the development, documentation, and communication of Sales and Operations policies across all customer-facing teams
  • Own and manage policy infrastructure, including the tools and systems used to store, organize, and maintain documentation
  • Continuously improve existing policies and identify gaps, driving the creation of new policies to meet evolving business needs
  • Ensure policies are clear, actionable, and easy to adopt, partnering with internal teams and Bluebeam’s Policy Team as needed
  • Design policies with usability in mind, promoting strong adoption and consistent execution across teams
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Sales and Operations policies, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Enablement, Finance, and Commercial Excellence

 

About You:

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to completion
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
  • Familiarity with asset or content management systems

 

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in asset management, documentation, or process development
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator, NetSuite, Scrum)

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Salary Range: $71,000 - $96,400 + annual bonus percentage
