The Sales Process and Efficiency Manager is responsible for refining and optimizing the processes that drive our go-to-market (GTM) engagements. This includes GTM processes, lead flows, and other internal processes taking prospects to paying and renewing customers. The role involves working closely with senior leadership of GTM teams and within the Commercial Excellence department to define, document, and implement effective processes. Continuous monitoring and improvement of these processes are essential to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

 

About the Role

  • Continuously refine and optimize GTM processes (ex. sales stages, lead flows), associated activities, and relevant KPIs.
  • Define and document processes, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
  • Implement and roll out new processes, drawing on additional resources (i.e. training) as needed.
  • Monitor process performance to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the organization.
  • Present process improvement plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

About You

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, or related fields
  • 3-5 years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Advanced Analytical and Quantitative Skills
  • Expertise in GTM Process Design and Optimization
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Proficiency with Process Mapping and Documentation Tools
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of GTM Strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Change Management Skills

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $105,800 - $132,100
