The Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of product communications, cross-application user experience, and user profile and identity experiences. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, customer success, and marketing, to deliver consistent communication and user experiences across all parts of the product portfolio. This role also leads Pendo enablement and analytics to support data-driven product decisions and rapid enhancements that improve user adoption and engagement.
About the Role:
- Owns the user experience for in-app product communications across Bluebeam applications, including messaging touchpoints such as email, push, in-app, etc.
- Develops and maintains standardized communication templates and design patterns to ensure visual and functional consistency across communication channels
- Collaborates closely with design, engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to define communication experience strategy and execution
- Defines and writes detailed user stories and product documentation for communication experiences and rapid enhancements
- Serves as the Pendo platform owner responsible for governance, instrumentation standards, implementation, and ongoing optimization
- Builds and maintains dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics capabilities to democratize product data across the organization
- Trains and enables cross-functional teams on Pendo capabilities including analytics, segmentation, funnel analysis, and behavioral insights
- Partners with product managers to identify key metrics, establish OKRs, track feature adoption, and synthesize usage data into actionable recommendations
- Drives rapid, iterative enhancements through requirements gathering, user research, prototyping, and agile delivery cycles
- Identifies and eliminates friction points in user communication experiences using data analysis, user feedback, and experimentation
- Works with customer success and support teams to surface patterns and feedback, translating insights into measurable improvements
- Presents product data, communication performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders with clarity
- Leads experimentation to create best in class user experiences
About You:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, user experience design, learning experience design, instructional design, or related product roles with deep knowledge of communication design and analytics enablement
- Experience leading user and customer research and discovery
- Experience with product analytics platforms with preference for Pendo
- Experience designing in-app communications, product messaging, or user education content
- Knowledge of learning experience design and instructional design methodologies
- Previous Software Training and Product Enablement experience
- Product experience with desktop, web, and mobile products and features
- B2B/B2C SaaS Experience
- Ability to work with other product managers and business stakeholders to strategically align planning and execution with overall business strategy
- Ability to communicate concepts and details across wide range of audiences
- Ability to work within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ability to curate a product strategy and roadmap for communication and analytics products
- Ability to present to stakeholders with professional maturity and clarity

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $108,900-136,000
