The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic recruiting partner for a defined portfolio (e.g., GoToMarket, Technology, Corporate Functions), owning complex and senior level requisitions and influencing workforce and talent decisions within that domain. The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in recruiting top talent, ensuring candidates are informed and excited about the impact they will have on Nemetschek’s global expansion. This position serves as a talent expert and trusted advisor to top decision-makers at Nemetschek and is an influential partner in educating others. Leading impactful global initiatives and advancing TA effectiveness across the organization, improving the organizations’ talent strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end to end recruitment for senior, niche or business critical roles within the assigned domain, including proactive market mapping and talent pipelining.
- Advise domain leaders on talent market trends, organizational design implications and role profiles, challenging assumptions where needed to enable effective hiring decisions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the domain within the TA team, sharing insights, coaching TA Partners and TA Specialists, and contributing to domain specific sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Design advanced sourcing and talent pipelining strategies to identify and attract new, A-player talent.
- Act as an advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners, partnering closely with them, holding regular meetings to thoroughly understand their needs and assess effectiveness of talent acquisition decisions
- Analyze data and market trends, providing insights to inform strategy.
- Take ownership of project leadership for process development and global TA initiatives—managing implementation, collaboration, and change management.
- Create exceptional interview experiences for our candidates, one that is reflective of Nemetschek’s culture
- Deliver against agreed SLAs and KPIs (e.g., time to fill, candidate experience scores, diversity of slate) for allocated requisitions, escalating risks early to the TA Team Lead.
- Document and manages recruitment of assigned req load and achievement of agreed TA KPIs in ATS and relevant systems, documents
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the overall talent strategy execution via internal trainings, process improvement, and other innovative solutions
- Provide mentorship to more junior recruiters, developing overall team capability
- Ensures compliance, risk management, and data integrity in all TA activity.
- Represents Nametschek at industry events and employer branding activities.
- Uses domain level data on time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness and diversity to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the TA Team Lead and TA Enablement Lead.
- Provides market mapping, talent availability insight, and pay/level expectations to hiring managers for defined job families, escalating complex or cross market topics to TA lead
- Defines and recommends global TA framework, policies and standards for approval, has significant influence on TA processes, systems and tools and the TA technology roadmap, and acts as design authority for changes within the TA framework
Qualifications and Experience
Required
- 8-10+ years of TA/recruitment experience (ideally global/tech)
- Full-cycle team Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting roles in the areas of Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success is preferred
- Experience recruiting senior and management level positions is required
- Experience working remotely or in a hybrid model as part of an in-house talent acquisition team
- Ability to accurately assess candidate fit through a thoughtful, effective interviewing process
- Great instincts with people; ability to collaborate well with many different personality types at all levels of the organization
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships while being unafraid to push things forward when necessary
- Comfort with software/technology and ability to learn new programs easily (SmartRecruiters/SuccessFactors ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience leading recruitment projects or global TA initiatives.
- Advanced advisory, stakeholder influence, and analytics skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop TA professionals.
- Proficiency in recruitment technology, reporting, and innovation adoption.
- Familiarity with AI powered tools and platforms
- Use AI prompting to increase output and workflow efficiencies

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $125,000 - $150,000
