As a key member of the Planning team, the Planning & Market Analyst helps develop company-wide plans and analyze performance against them.  In addition, this individual regularly conducts analyses of different business considerations and scenarios. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the organization and develop relationships with finance and business leaders across the company.

 

About the Role: 

 

  • Assist in executing fiscal planning process that provides accurate guidance and establishes the expected contributions and needed changes (investments, processes, etc.) to achieve and exceed plan.
  • Assist with the preparation of topline forecast updates within Bluebeam and partner with Finance to understand revenue implications.
  • Support the review of market analysis to improve planning, inform pricing strategies, and provide actionable insights to Sales and Marketing for revenue growth.
  • Help track KPI’s that assure plan achievement and drive behavior.

About You: 

  • 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, FP&A, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and team player
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Communication Skills
  • Organizational Skills

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $63,100 - $78,700.
