The Video Producer is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content that supports the goals of all teams across the company. This role involves producing a wide range of video formats—from educational and internal communications to marketing and brand storytelling—with a foundational understanding of effective messaging and audience engagement. The producer is expected to experiment with different formats and creative approaches to continuously improve content quality and impact. Responsibilities also include on-set production, direction, and post-production work to bring ideas to life through video.
About the Role:
- Produce engaging video content for internal and external audiences, supporting company-wide initiatives.
- Own the full production process, from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Edit raw footage and media into polished videos, applying color correction, grading, and basic animation.
- Record and edit screen capture content using tools like Camtasia or similar software.
- Lead in-studio and on-location shoots, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Maintain a production-ready studio space and organized project workflows.
- Contribute to creative strategy, offering input on video formats, placements, and communication goals.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About You:
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Camtasia and DaVinci Resolve for screen capture and color-graded video editing.
- Experience with video hosting platforms like Vimeo or similar.
- Strong graphic design skills, with an eye for clean, modern visuals that enhance storytelling.
- On-location and in-studio production expertise, including lighting, audio, and camera work.
- Basic digital audio production skills, with comfort editing voiceover and soundtracks.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong quality control and creative problem-solving.
- An understanding of adult learning principles, and how video works in harmony with tools like walkthroughs and knowledge checks to drive deeper engagement.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base Pay Range: $65,000 – $81,000 + Annual bonus incentive
