About the Role:

The Creative Producer is responsible for creating content and video-based training materials. The position's responsibilities include creatively educating Bluebeam’s customers through video, motion graphics, and graphic design, using a foundational understanding of adult education. Additionally, this position requires creative experimentation with different formats or approaches to content, to continuously improve the learning experience and content quality.

 

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely but also requires periodic visits to our Pasadena, California office. As a hybrid position, you will be needed on-site for various shoots throughout the year.

 

  • Assists in the creative process from Pre-Production to final content delivery.
  • Assists on location for multiple shoots throughout the calendar year, at Pasadena HQ and various locations.
  • Recommends where creative content will fit effectively into the broader learning experience, and what type is most appropriate.
  • Manages files in a highly organized manner during and after every project.
  • Is knowledgeable and proficient in Bluebeam’s organizational software, and products and consistently seeks AEC industry learning opportunities.
  • Handles multiple tasks with frequently adjusted priorities.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Executes all content needs as directed by the CE Creative Manager.
  • Collaborates with animators, Production Specialist, and other creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts
  • Develop project timelines, assist in managing project budgets, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Assists in oversight, coordination, and delivery of creative assets, including video, audio, and digital content
  • Ensures that all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
  • Oversees completion of multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizes tasks effectively
  • Manages CE Creative Asana Dashboard and Asset Tracker

 

About You:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Plus if you have experience in project coordination, graphic design, motion graphic design, video editing, color correction, and on-set experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Programs
  • Proficient with Vimeo or similar
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Asana
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with basic digital audio production
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Creative thinking, proactive attitude, and awareness of adult learning principles
  • Understanding of how content, such as knowledge checks and walk-throughs, complement video content and the ability to identify where such content is needed in a course

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $64,900 - $81,00
