Bluebeam’s Partner Account Manager role is responsible for recruiting and maintaining relationships with relevant integration partners—in support of Bluebeam’s vision to co-create a thriving ecosystem of integrations for the people who build our world. This role is primarily focused on driving net new Bluebeam subscriptions and maintaining Bluebeam’s existing customer base by ensuring that integration partners effectively achieve these business outcomes (net new subscriptions and customer retention).

  

About the Role: 

  • Responsible for recruiting, building, managing, and maintaining relationships with the company’s integration partners.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, fostering an atmosphere of open communication and collaboration
  • Qualify which integration partners fit with Bluebeam’s strategic goals for the Integration Partnerships program
  • Set a cadence with integration partners and define which partners require more strategic support
  • Partner with the Director of Partnerships, and Technical Partnerships Manager to onboard new integration partners into our Dev Portal and partnerships program
  • Collaborate with integration partners to create strategic plans, set partnership targets, and identify join marketing/pre-sales opportunities
  • Manage partner incentive programs to motivate partners to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Assist integration partners in connecting with additional Bluebeam stakeholders in customer support, customer success, customer delight, integration partner team members, product management, engineering, marketing and others, as needed

 

About You: 

  • 3-5 years of sales (inside or outside sales) and/or partnership account management experience
  • Associate’s degree
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Proven sales/partner management skills
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems in a SaaS/integration partnership environment
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyze and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with an emphasis on tracking progress against these KPIs
  • Strong presentation and follow-up skills
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience in AEC industry a plus
  • Experience with Bluebeam products a plus

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base Pay Range: $91,600 - $114,500 + Annual bonus
