The Operational Analytics Manager manages the people, processes, and products that support all data, reporting, and analytics needs as it relates to GTM processes. This team drives insights and analysis, standardizes reporting, optimizes processes, and manages the experience of the Power BI service. This role serves and works cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CS Operations, Accounting, and the Product team, and heavily partners with the Strategic Analytics Manager.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Mentors and develops direct reports.
  • Creates, modifies, and manages team processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and service.
  • Review direct reports’ work products to ensure high integrity.
  • Researches, shadows, and interviews Operation teams to understand business needs and processes.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with functional stakeholders.
  • Is responsible for the user experience and maintenance of the Power BI Service.
  • Defines and builds necessary data models to create or enhance BI reporting.
  • Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from various sources using advanced methods.
  • Solves problems while aligning with Operations teams to solve/implement processes that enable teams to achieve their goals.
  • Suggests solutions to processes to drive more efficiency and scalability.
  • Leads projects from conception to completion.

What we would like to see in you:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in an analytical role
  • 1 year of experience in a Management role

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is $125,700 - $157,100.
