About the role:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be a market specialist focused on establishing and accelerating growth in Europe. This role requires a deep cultural understanding, and proven success in building awareness and pipeline in underdeveloped or growth markets in Europe.
Your work will ensure that European campaigns are not just translated, but truly localised, with messaging, programs, and execution that resonate with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that balance global frameworks with local nuance.
- Partner with sales to drive revenue pipeline growth by applying proven experience in taking new or emerging markets from low awareness to meaningful market share.
- Lead local PR, media, and industry partnerships to raise Bluebeam’s credibility in European growth markets
- Identify, create, organise and manage field events including tradeshows, hosted events and conferences and accompanying sales on reseller and customer office / jobsite visits as necessary.
- Develop creative, customised programs to drive demand in European growth markets, using a multi-channel, integrated marketing approach; including email, direct mail, display, social, regional events, and account-based marketing.
- Manage marketing budget and track ROI, with accountability for clear business outcomes.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Europe, feeding market insights back to global and regional leadership
- 20% - 30% travel required - more during trade show season
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven full-time marketing experience, ideally in a field, regional, or growth marketing role
- A demonstrated track record of launching or significantly scaling a market.
- Success in collaborating with sales teams, to develop and execute programs that had a quantifiable impact on business growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at every level
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to find creative solutions to challenges and use data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to maximise reach by leveraging multiple marketing channels and repurposing assets and deliverables for extended use
- Comfortable learning new technology and adopting processes.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Experience working with agencies and outside vendors
Nice to have:
- Business level proficiency in French and/or Spanish language
- Proficient in Miro, Figma, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Familiarity with AEC and/or SaaS industries
- Experience working with Resellers
- Content marketing and/or PR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with project tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.
