The Marketing Data Analytics Director is responsible for measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of the demand generation tactics being tested by the demand squads across all Nemetschek brands. With deep expertise in data science and analytics, you’ll interpret complex data to understand customer segments, behavior, campaign performance, and revenue impacts; building predictive models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. You will define, validate, and optimize key performance metrics to maximize marketing ROI, ensure efficiency across unit economics, and support overall business objectives. Your skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting will be essential to guide effective marketing and sales initiatives and decision-making.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with marketing teams across multiple Nemetschek brands to drive the adoption of digital demand generation best practices tailored for B2B SaaS companies
- Work closely with VP of digital demand Gen to enable new or enhance existing demand generation tactics, including paid advertising (e.g. paid search, social media, display), email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and other digital channels to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads
- Utilize data analysis to identify and size opportunities; then measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Develop testing frameworks/models to ensure digital marketing campaigns are continuously optimized
- Construct and analyze data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization - e.g. customer segmentation, pipeline performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, marketing ROI (ROMI), and media attribution
- Build predictive models and real-time dashboards that guide better decision-making, enabling teams to respond dynamically to market changes
- Provide insight into campaign performance, customer behavior, and revenue impacts by analyzing data across marketing, sales, and customer engagement channels
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to prepare regular reports for senior leadership highlighting campaign performance and recommendations going forward
- Champion a culture of innovation and growth mindset within the Build & Construct division; encourage creative thinking, experimentation, and continuous improvement
About You:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing/sales analytics, preferably in the B2B Technology/SaaS industry, management consulting or digital/technology agencies (data science)
- Extensive experience in marketing and sales data analytics, modeling, measurement, and reporting
- Expertise in leveraging data modeling to define customer segmentation, pipeline performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, marketing ROI (ROMI), media attribution, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in data management and transfer (SQL, ELT tools, APIs), modeling techniques (regression, classification, cluster, time-series analysis), ML frameworks, data visualization (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong data skills including automation/scripting, data manipulation and analysis (Python, R, SAS), and data governance and data quality management
- Familiarity with data management between common marketing, sales, and digital systems e.g., Analytics (Google Analytics), Marketing Automation (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot), CRM (SFDC), DSP, DMP, CDP, eCommerce (Salesforce), Social (Sprout), Sales Enablement (Gong, Outreach)
- Proven ability in managing multi-channel marketing program analytics and large datasets to synthesize complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue and efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to align with broader business objectives.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $182,900 - $228,400
