We’re hiring a MarTech Integration Manager in our GTM Hub to drive the next phase of our marketing technology strategy across Nemetschek with a primary focus on across Bluebeam, GoCanvas, and SiteDocs. This role addresses a key gap, connecting our brands, unifying systems, and elevating operational excellence across the entire marketing tech stack.
You’ll be at the center of a highly collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, IT, and operations to implement, manage, and continuously improve our core technologies. Your focus will span data governance, integration health, performance tracking, and system scalability, ensuring we’re not only running efficiently, but making smarter decisions, faster.
About the Role:
- Serve as the primary marketing technology strategist and subject matter expert across Nemetschek, with a primary focus on Bluebeam, GoCanvas, and SiteDocs.
- Lead cross-brand initiatives that align teams on shared tools, processes, and performance standards.
- Research, vet, and recommend new tools that consolidate redundant functionality and enhance the overall stack.
- Define and evolve a multi-brand martech roadmap in coordination with Marketing Operations, Analytics, Sales / Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation, scaling, and maintenance of core MarTech tools (e.g., Qualified, GTM, GA4, LeanData), ensuring seamless integration and data flow across platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and budgets, while owning governance processes including user access, data compliance, and system documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT, ensuring scalable, efficient tech solutions aligned with business needs.
- Design middleware solutions to bridge integration gaps and support advanced use cases across marketing and enterprise systems.
- Drive training, onboarding, and support for marketing team members to increase adoption and effectiveness of tools.
- Promote best practices and standard operating procedures for tool usage.
- Build and maintain clear internal documentation, enablement materials, and cross-functional playbooks.
- Own and manage tagging infrastructure and conversion tracking across digital channels, ensuring accurate data capture and adherence to privacy compliance standards.
- Oversee event tracking strategy and execution via GTM, including the development of a standardized, scalable data layer.
- Support enhanced conversions and data-driven attribution initiatives
About You:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations and automation
- Hands-on expertise in platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Qualified, and Sales loft
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with IT, BI, and Data Science to implement predictive analytics, AI/ML segmentation models, and optimize marketing performance
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases (preferred), with a strong grasp of CRM integrations and scalable data infrastructure

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Salary Range: $108,900 - $136,000 + annual bonus percentage
