The Manager, Live Training oversees the customer-facing software training program. This includes managing trainers, developing and maintaining high-quality courses, ensuring successful sale, and meeting customer needs.
The Manager ensures that this program is designed and carried out to assist our customers with increasing productivity, deploying efficient and standardized workflows, and deriving maximum benefit from Bluebeam Software.
The Manager seeks to understand and align customer and business needs, and to measure the outcomes of the programs delivered.
About the Role
- Leading, managing, inspiring and mentoring a team of learning professionals (trainers, instructional designers, training coordinators).
- Performing (or delegating and overseeing) effective needs analysis, project management, curriculum and course development, SME engagement, and learning program management for each sub-program.
- Overseeing and continuously improving processes for scheduling and delivering instructor-led training classes, country-wide and globally.
- Designing and analyzing survey metrics for program and learner trends to inform strategy and program needs.
- Working with our Channel, Sales and Marketing Teams (and other departments as needed) to promote the programs and ensure alignment.
- Ability to work with our facilities team/events team to ensure a conducive and consistent learning environment for potential local training events (if needed).
- In collaboration with our Talent Team, hiring for positions as needed for the successful expansion of the program.
About You
- 5+ years of software training/customer education experience
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- Deep understanding of, and experience with, customer training programs, onboarding, and the principles of customer success
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Proven hands-on managerial experience
- Strong mentoring skills
- Customer service/success orientation
- Consistently positive outlook, and a genuine interest in driving results and seeing customers be successful using Bluebeam products
- Ability to simultaneously manage a variety of programs; excellent multi-tasking skills
- Software company experience
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to interpret data and make recommendations accordingly
- Strong problem-solving skills and genuine attention to detail
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across various groups and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $105,800 - $132,100
