About the Role:

The Bluebeam Senior Regional Sales Manager creates and executes a comprehensive and integrated territory plan that aligns to Bluebeam’s  go-to-market strategy. This role hires, leads, coaches, mentors and develops the Enterprise Sales team, and successful development will lead to achieving or exceeding annual revenue and customer growth targets in existing key and strategic accounts. The Sr. Regional Sales Manager uses a hands-on approach with the sales team to help define, drive, and deliver results by empowering the team to take full ownership of the entire sales cycle. 

 

As one of our Sales Leaders, you will:

  • Strategically create and execute a comprehensive territory plan that aligns to Bluebeam’s enterprise sales strategy
  • Hire, lead, coach, mentor and develop the EMEA enterprise sales team (currently x4 Account Managers)
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue and customer growth targets in existing, key and strategic accounts
  • Use a hands-on approach with the sales team to help define, drive, and deliver results
  • Empower the team to take full ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to enterprise-level buy-in and adoption
  • Hold Bluebeam accountable to our brand promise and company purpose resulting in long-term profitable customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Optimise the use of Salesforce.com and other tools to manage the sale process and provide accurate and timely forecasts
  • Participate with the team to build relationships with VP, C-level, and technical decision makers to identify new opportunities for Bluebeam
  • Effectively negotiate value-based enterprise agreements built on business-level ROI
  • Engage in active communication with the Technical Support team and ensure customer issues are communicated and escalated appropriately
  • Consistently engage with Bluebeam’s Product team and cultivate an active feedback loop to communicate customer information and insights
  • Provide feedback to senior leadership on market trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
  • Work with Marketing, Enterprise and Channel Sales teams, and other key internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals

 

What we would like to see in you:

  • Experience conducting business within an enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) sales environment, ideally with exposure to the AEC/0 software market 
  • Experience managing enterprise sales teams
  • Experreince of growing sales at EMEA level
  • Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills
  • Firm understanding of internal software applications such as Salesforce and Power BI to allow for enhanced territory management
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as part of a global team and create healthy influence that enables the achievement of international goals
  • Outstanding negotiating skills and ability to assist team members in customer negotiation
  • Decisive, passionate, driven by success and committed to growth
  • An inspirational mentor and coach
  • Highly developed leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business
  • Extensive experience building and leading high performing sales teams
  • Analytical yet creative thinker with superior problem-solving skills
  • Preferably located in commutable distance of our Paddington office in London
