The Manager, Revenue Execution, plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance, designing effective sales territories, and supporting sales leadership in achieving their targets. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate sales performance measurements, optimizing sales strategies, and enhancing overall revenue execution.

 

This role oversees in-period sales execution, ensures forecast accuracy, measures sales performance, and provides guidance on large deals. The role will also be a strategic partner with sales in planning and designing territories aligned with sales aims. By partnering with regional GTM leadership, the Manager ensures alignment with strategic goals and provides regional representation for Commercial Excellence, driving effective sales operations.

 

About the Role

  • Support Leads and manages sales performance measurement efforts, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Assists regional sales leadership in achieving their targets, providing data-driven recommendations and strategic support.
  • Oversees in-period sales execution to drive performance and attainment of sales targets.
  • Analyzes and optimizes sales performance metrics, including sales efficiency, win rate, average deal size, and sales cycle time.
  • Ensures accurate and timely sales forecasting, leveraging data analytics and market insights.
  • Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and sales efficiency.
  • Partners with GTM leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals and provide regional representation for Commercial Excellence.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, revenue operations, or related fields
  • 3+ years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred
  • Advanced Analytical and Quantitative Skills
  • Expertise in Sales Performance Measurement and Optimization
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Proficiency with Analytical Tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Understanding of Sales Territory Design and Optimization
  • Sales compensation program implementation
  • Salesforce experience
  • Sales Forecasting

  • Experience in a fast-paced, competitive market environment is preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing sales strategies
  • Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry is a big plus.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $56,100 - $67,300
