About the Role:

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will not only translate business priorities and campaigns into go-to-market plans but will act as the internal voice of the customer. This individual will understand the customers’ pains and motivations and make sure our tactics and campaigns add value to each and every customer. They will be an expert on why customers should keep and expand.

 

The right person will think outside the box and focus on building and executing marketing programs that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy among our customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both strategy and execution. As an executional strategist, you will understand the overarching strategy while also being forensic when something goes wrong and be accountable and able to fix and improve.

 

Success in this role combines listening to the customer all while looking into real-time data as campaigns are executed and optimized.

  • Plan and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that clearly articulate the value of driving trial conversion, customer engagement, retention, and expansion to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, product marketing, content, and marketing operations teams to create and deliver impactful campaigns that foster customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Identify and leverage the right combination of channels to engage and inspire customers (e.g., email marketing, in-app messages, customer communities, social media, events, webinars, video, customer case studies, remarketing).
  • Design and execute customer lifecycle programs that support onboarding, including trial, retention, upselling, and cross-selling, while continuously enhancing the customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams to deliver integrated customer marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey.
  • Regularly present campaign performance insights to internal stakeholders, translating metrics into actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
  • Analyze customer engagement data to track success, uncover opportunities for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer success teams, ensuring customer feedback loops inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay ahead of customer marketing trends and emerging tools, evaluating how we can enhance customer marketing efforts.

 

About You:

  • Experience in customer marketing with proven experience in identifying winning campaigns to connect with customers with precision and replicability.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate digital strategy and plans to executives throughout the business
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to navigate obstacles, resolve issues, and effectively advocate for the team to capitalize on open opportunities.
  • Experience with a range of MarTech and analytics tools (Our stack includes Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Qualified, Pendo etc…).
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and analysis within CRM (Salesforce) to inform campaign strategy in order to achieve KPIs.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams to generate clear messaging and drive tangible impact.
  • Strong understanding of a Go-to-market (GTM) funnel and what influences success across the funnel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to aggregate data from multiple sources to make educated decisions on campaign optimization and spend across all marketing channels.
  • Ability to be an amazing partner to the product team and create, communicate and promote new features to customers.
  • Record of success in driving growth on a fast-moving team with multiple concurrent projects.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves as part of the team.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
    • Comfortable learning new technology and adopting processes. After all, we are a software company
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and data analytics tools

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $77,100 - $96,400
