International Expansion Manager

About the role:
- Conduct structured audits of GTM maturity in assigned markets, including sales execution, pipeline health, and operational readiness, and assess performance against Bluebeam’s enter and expand playbooks
- Develop clear, prioritised recommendations on what to fix, build, or scale to accelerate growth and improve execution in incubation and scaling growth markets
- Lead time-bound, hands-on execution and cross-functional coordination to unblock scaling challenges, correct GTM misalignment, and accelerate impact
- Partner closely with Sales and Sales Operations to identify execution gaps, improve funnel performance, and support scalable GTM processes
- Support market entry and expansion initiatives, including Nemetschek-led geographic expansions (e.g., Middle East)
- Deeply understand the local customer and Bluebeam experience, translating market insights, sales feedback, and GTM performance signals into clear strategic direction and execution priorities for each market
- Develop, document, and maintain playbooks, best practices, and supplemental GTM enablement, equipping local teams and partners to execute consistently and independently with local relevance
- Use market performance signals and execution outcomes to guide prioritization, course-correct GTM efforts, recommend process improvements, and champion customer-focused initiatives across markets and internal GTM teams
About you:
- Demonstrable experience in go-to-market, international sales, growth, international operations, consulting, or related roles
- Experience working in or closely with Sales and other GTM functions, supporting pipeline execution, GTM processes, or market launches
- Strong understanding of sales motions, funnel dynamics, and GTM execution in B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
- Experience in early and growth stage startups, working with lean teams
- Any European Language skills
- AEC Domain experience
