The Integrations Program Manager defines, executes, and evolves the Integrations Program while partnering and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Growth, Operations, and Data Analytics to scale and operationalize Bluebeam’s Integrations and Public API strategy.
About the Role

Create the strategy to operationalize and scale the Integrations Program for Bluebeam’s Public API.

Manage, define, and communicate the Integration Program KPIs to understand health of the Public API and integrated applications.

Lead change management for Integrations including API versioning, application certification, migrations, partner content, and internal support content.

Manage launch readiness for new customer and partner integrations and collaborate with the partnerships team on streamlining and optimizing partner onboarding.

Create and manage the tech support strategy for supporting partner integrations and the Public API.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to train and educate internal and external stakeholders on the latest integrations and public API updates.

Contribute to the product roadmap by finding areas of opportunity to drive improvement with technology.

Build top of funnel process and strategy for expanding the integrations program in collaboration with the partnerships team.

Establish a culture of continuous improvement for the Integrations program.
About You
-
3+ years of relevant Program Management Experience – working with and supporting SaaS, B2B & B2B2C products

Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
-
Experience with the software development lifecycle

The ability to navigate complex environments
-
Proven ability to partner effectively across functions
-
Strong ability to communicate and present across all levels of the organization

Strong Project Management skills; including negotiation and working with all levels of both partner and vendor organizations

Technical acumen and experience working with product managers, engineers, and designers.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $91,600 - $125,950 + bonus incentive
