Inside Sales Representative, Renewals and Retention (Public Sector)

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR-Renewals) works with a wide variety of customers and prospects in the Public Sector.  The primary focus is to field questions from customers by phone and email. Source and close new sales opportunities through calls and emails. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and build trust.

 

Create accurate product and price quotes for customers, maintain our CRM as required. The ISR will need to understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospects. One of the important tasks is to actively promote the Web store. Properly executed, efforts will result in revenue growth, logo acquisition and retention and customer satisfaction for the assigned region.

 

About the Role

  • Fielding questions from customers by phone and email
  • Based on customer feedback, create and implement strategies to retain business
  • Proactively address issues and work to prevent churn
  • Proactively follow up with clients to address their concerns
  • Use persuasive techniques and relationship-building skills to retain clients
  • Compile detailed reports on customer behavior and retention metrics
  • Gather information about customer behavior, preferences, and feedback.
  • Use data analysis to identify areas where customers may be at risk of leaving.
  • Proactively offer/sell new products to gauge their interest.
  • Create accurate product and price quotes for customers
  • Maintain our CRM as required
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Actively transform customer to Web store

 

About You

  • Experience in a sales role
  • Strong communication, written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with change
  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • Firm understanding of all other internal software applications including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, Slack and etc.
  • Ability to partner and develop professional working relationships and initiatives with other Bluebeam internal business partners

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $55,300 - $66,200 plus eligible commissions
