The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for driving success in key industry segments, improving market differentiation, fueling growth, and expanding our industry presence.

 

About the Role:

  • Industry-focused positioning and message development: Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique advantages for customers in different industry segments.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Create and synthesize market intelligence to develop strategic industry segment marketing plans that drive brand awareness and market share growth.
  • Campaign Development: Devise and champion industry marketing campaigns by providing briefs and proposals that activate channels and resources to engage target audiences, generate leads, and meet key objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (product, sales, customer success, content creators) and external partners (industry associations, media) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

 

About You:

  • Mid-level experience in Industry Marketing or Product Marketing
  • Proven experience in the software industry or product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or AECO industry company with a consistent record of developing and implementing successful marketing programs.
  • Understanding of AECO and adjacent industry segments and nuances between them, including market trends, key players, and competitive landscape. Growth mindset to develop deep expertise.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to target audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and others to ensure integrated efforts and aligned teamwork.
  • Sharp vision for technical marketing content that enhances storytelling with relevant  and impactful imagery and video.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and business goals.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best-in-class benefits, with 100% employee-covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off.  Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. Base salary range for this position is $105,800 – 132,100
