The Infrastructure Industry Development Manager plays a key role in driving growth and strategic focus within the Civil & Infrastructure sector. This position requires a unique blend of deep industry understanding and entrepreneurial vision to define and expand opportunities in targeted market segments.

 

Success in this role depends on the ability to analyze and map the sector’s full ecosystem—its structure, competitive dynamics, market channels, key relationships, customer workflows, pain points, and value propositions. The manager will design a comprehensive plan for industry growth and establish the environment and processes needed to execute that plan effectively.

A critical part of the role is building a repeatable framework that accelerates development cycles and enhances efficiency with each iteration, ensuring consistent progress and measurable success across projects.

 

About the Role 

 

Business Planning

  • Designs a comprehensive market sector plan based on business priority
  • Develops resource plans and checklists for entering & expanding our Sector presence

Market Intelligence

  • Creates and documents understanding of local Sector requirements and industry nuance to guide product and GTM teams
  • Collaborates with product teams to prioritize features and assets to grow local sector

GTM Team Enablement

  • Provide industry and technical insights to the internal and partner teams to enhance their effectiveness
  • Acts as evangelist for Bluebeam in local sectors in support of sales, marketing and channel partner teams
  • Works closely with early “lighthouse” customers to generate case studies and referenceable contacts

Thought Leadership

  • Identify and establish partnerships with strategic professional Industry associations within this sector
  • Increases share of voice for Bluebeam in local market segments through speaking, writing, and other earned methods.

 

About You 

 

  • Mid-senior level of progressive experience related to creating, marketing and/or selling technical software
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, business or related field

The base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $108,900 - $136,000
