The Growth Analytics and Insights Manager will support the execution of strategic growth opportunities, ranging from Bluebeam's expansion into new markets to incremental investments in sales and marketing. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and customer-back insights, this pivotal role will provide strategic and analytical insights into key growth initiatives across Bluebeam. This role will collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities through analysis and interpretation of financial, operational, and market data.
What we would like to see in you:
- Senior level experience in Analytics.
- Analytical Toolkit: Ability to establish a number of different tests (A/B, pre/post, etc.), acquire and manipulate the required data, and generate insights from the statistical analysis
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to leverage internal data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Project and Change Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and driving results in a matrixed organization
- Market Insight and Execution: Experience in conducting market analysis and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Innovative and Results-Oriented: Ability to champion a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking and continuous improvement, while maintaining a focus on delivering measurable results
What you’ll do:
- Establish analytical tests and track relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Adjust and iterate strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Build data-driven business cases and effectively communicate growth strategies, progress, and achievements to stakeholders within Bluebeam
- Conduct customer research and market analysis across the construction technology and broader AEC landscape to identify customer needs, external drivers, trends, and opportunities to inform planning processes and future investment decisions at Bluebeam
- Provide day-to-day project management on growth opportunities requiring cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, product, operations, pricing, and other teams within Bluebeam. Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Champion a culture of innovation and growth mindset within Bluebeam; encourage creative thinking, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $129,400 - $$161,800
