We’re looking for a Principal, Global Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives that strengthen leadership readiness, elevate performance, and shape the future of work across a global organization.

In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to design and evolve global frameworks across leadership development, succession planning, performance management, career architecture, and skills-based talent practices. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, build future-ready talent programs, and drive measurable business impact at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and shape the global talent management strategy across leadership development, succession, performance, career pathing, and talent reviews.

  • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and HR Centers of Excellence to translate business strategy into practical talent solutions.

  • Design and evolve leadership development frameworks and experiences for key talent populations and leadership levels.

  • Drive succession planning and career management approaches that improve visibility of critical roles, pipelines, and internal mobility.

  • Use talent insights, analytics, and workforce data to inform decisions, measure impact, and strengthen organizational capability.

  • Lead complex, global transformation initiatives and help modernize talent practices, processes, and supporting technology.

What you’ll bring

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR roles.

  • Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise talent programs in global, matrixed organizations.

  • Deep expertise in areas such as leadership development, performance management, succession planning, career architecture, and high-potential development.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor across business and HR leadership.

  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using data and talent insights to drive decisions and measure outcomes.

  • Familiarity with major HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP.

  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business, or a related field required; advanced certifications are a plus

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $124,400 - $161,800
