As a Field Marketing Manager for the Americas region, you will report to the Director of Marketing, Americas, and play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with company and team objectives. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and building brand loyalty through impactful marketing initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include identifying, organizing, and managing field events, such as tradeshows, webinars, and other activities in collaboration with third-party associations.
About the Role:
- Develop and executive marketing strategies designed to support pipeline generation and accelerate the sales process
- Identify, create, organize, and manage field events, including tradeshows, webinars, and other activities in collaboration with third-party associations
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs utilizing marketing technology systems and tools
- Manage the forecasting and budgeting for your activities
- Lead special projects to support team and company goals as needed
- Traveling 30-40%

- Marketing experience primarily in a field marketing role
- Proven success collaborating with sales teams to execute programs that drive measurable business growth
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- Data-driven approach to track and adjust program strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing approaches to create end-to-end promotional plans
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and maintaining spending limits
- Comfortable learning new technology and adopting processes. After all, we are a software company

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $89,000 - $111,200
