The Digital Marketing Manager role is focused on working closely with the EMEA marketing team, wider global marketing organization and our digital agency, and is responsible for the following:

Manage and optimize our always-on demand generation campaigns across:

 

  • Paid search on Google and Microsoft Bing.

  • Paid display ads through the Google Display Network (GDN) & programmatic display platforms

  • Paid social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter/X

Agency management. Maintaining close working relationships with our digital agency. Ensuring and enabling productivity, collaboration and performance in their work with Bluebeam.

Manage budgets across all the above channels, recommending budget allocations by channel and campaign to drive maximum ROI and ensuring internal process requirements are met

Monitoring of and weekly reporting of all primary KPIs to regional and leadership teams.  

Supporting the regional marketing team with best practice recommendations and executional support for digital tactics as part of wider campaigns.

Identifying new ad opportunities, including seeking out and developing new and emerging platforms (Reddit and Amazon) to help Bluebeam drive growth.

Testing and learning, and providing optimization recommendations to the EMEA Marketing Director

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with creative, and production teams to finalize marketing assets. These assets drive channel growth and ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.

  • The DMM also reconciles monthly advertising budgets, vendor partner invoices and reports on asset performance for paid display, paid search, and video ad metrics

  • Ensure creative media assets are matched to the appropriate channel such as paid display, paid social, paid video, and paid search

  • Provide monthly budget reporting and budget spend on media expenditures including vendors, paid social, paid media and paid search

  • Performance Reporting: analyze and disseminate comprehensive reporting of demand generation marketing campaigns

  • Assist the Director of Demand Gen on a detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis

  • Drive day-to-day channel operations in tandem with assisting in the development of the channel’s long-term strategy with the Director of Demand Generation

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and overall digital marketing trends

 

Required skills

  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role. Responsible for media budget management and management of digital marketing campaigns

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline eg Digital Marketing

  • Strong writing, communications and project management skills preferred

Required operational expertise in:

  • Google Ads

  • GA4

  • Facebook/Instagram Ads

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Salesforce

  • Google Display Network

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Strong communication skills
