The Director, People Services – Americas will be based out of our Dallas, Texas office, working hybrid onsite at least 3 days per week on the implementation, delivery and evolution of consistent, scalable and employee-centric HR People services across North America, as well as South Africa. This role will be instrumental in sharing how we support our organizations and brands, partner with leaders, and operationalize our people strategy at scale. This role will lead a regional team of professionals that delivers core HR services to include onboarding, lifecycle employee events, offboarding, federal contract compliance, HR compliance, data management, regional immigration compliance, and HR systems support, while serving as a key partner to the global Centers of Excellence (COEs), regional and local business leaders.
About the Role:
- Lead the design and delivery of efficient, employee-focused HR and People operations across the region
- Oversee HR service delivery for key lifecycle processes including onboarding, HR government obligations, benefits administration, leave compliance, data integrity, immigration compliance and offboarding
- Build and lead a high-performing regional People Services team, ensuring alignment to global HR policies and systems
- Serve as the primary liaison between the region and global Centers of Excellence
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Business Compliance and IT to ensure regional compliance and drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
- Implement and optimize global HRIS tools, workflows, and self-service capabilities
- Monitor and improve HR service metrics and employee experience KPIs
- Champion change management efforts as we evolve our HR model and systems
- Ensure governance and local labor compliance across the region markets
- Drive operational excellence through documentation, standard operating procedures, process mapping, and standardization
- Effectively manage contractor and offshore resources
- Ensure global standardization and close collaboration with other People Services leaders in other regions
About You:
- A collaborative HR operations leader with experience supporting regional or global teams
- Proven success in transforming HR services or implementing shared service models
- Deep knowledge of employment and compliance regulations in the Americas
- Skilled at navigating complexity and driving alignment across diverse teams
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization and across cultures
- Strong communicator with a passion for delivering great employee experiences
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ADP WFN and similar HR technology platforms
- Expertise in payroll management and delivery, leading a team of payroll experts
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively manage large-scale harmonization efforts across a region
- Hands on leadership style with an ability to be strategic and execution-oriented simultaneously
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations leadership, compliance and/or systems leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Management and/or relevant professional certifications
- Successful merger & acquisition integration experience

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $129,400 - $161,800 + bonus incentive
