Bluebeam, Inc is looking for a Director, Global Compensation who will be responsible for the design and delivery of global compensation programs. This includes supporting the day-to-day activities of a compensation analyst, leading executive compensation, and working with the sales compensation team. You will participate with senior management to establish strategic compensation plans and objectives, make final decisions on implementation and ensure operational effectiveness. You should be able to cascade compensation strategy and contribute to the development of Total Reward policies. There will be frequent interaction with employees, senior management, and executives , which frequently involves negotiating Total Reward matters of significance to the organization. What you’ll do:

 

  • Act as subject matter expert for Global Compensation, including understanding processes, tools, and timelines for the market data process.
  • Apply broad subject matter expertise on matters related to compensation and performance.
  • Deliver strategic, global compensation support aligned with Bluebeam’s strategy, mission, and workforce trends, including base salaries, short- and long-term incentives.
  • Partner with the People Team and company leaders on Total Reward and performance related matters.
  • Manage job architecture structure including the development and review of job descriptions and maintaining of systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of structure.
  • Educate both HR and Business Leaders on our Total Reward programs.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and market pricing to proactively ensure Bluebeam is paying competitively, adjusting as needed for market trends, internal equity, and engagement.
  • Ensure compensation programs are legally compliant by maintaining knowledge of current statutory requirements and labor contract agreements, which may affect compensation policies.
  • Ensure standard work processes are implemented, continually evolve, and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor our data through robust validation and reconciliation processes to ensure optimal data integrity.
  • Exercise independent judgment in methods and techniques to obtain results.
  • Build formal and informal networks with a focus on thought leadership.
  • Convey advanced information and persuades diverse stakeholders.
  • Will direct the activities of others.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $149,900 - $186,700
