We’re hiring a strategic, results-driven Director, Global Channel Marketing to lead a global team of regional channel marketers and oversee channel marketing programs across global markets (Americas, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC). This leader will set strategy, guide execution, and partner closely with value-added resellers and distributors. The role is responsible for driving pipeline, customer expansion, and growing market share through partners worldwide, while ensuring alignment with Bluebeam’s business objectives. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional channel marketers while defining and executing the global channel marketing strategy. You will ensure consistency across markets while adapting to local needs, establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of channel marketing programs and continuously optimize them.

 

About the Role:

  • Support a global network of value-added resellers and distributors with initiatives that strengthen their ability to market, sell, and expand Bluebeam solutions.
  • Partner with channel operations and sales to evolve and scale the Bluebeam Partner Program.
  • Oversee global partner communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates, ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to partner needs.
  • Manage the global Market Development Funds (MDF) budget to maximize ROI and competitive advantage.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of global and regional partner events, including executive forums, regional forums, and provide support for Partner Advisory Council meetings.
  • Represent and present at partner events to reinforce Bluebeam’s marketing and brand positioning.
  • Own and optimize the global PRM portal as the central hub for sales and marketing tools, content, and announcements, driving adoption and engagement across regions.

 

About You:

  • Exceptional project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to design and scale channel marketing programs across global markets that drive revenue and market share growth through partners worldwide.
  • Experience managing and mentoring regional channel marketers.
  • Deep knowledge of VAR, distributor, and global partner ecosystems in B2B SaaS or technology environments, preferrable within the AEC industry.
  • Strong understanding of MDF, co-marketing programs, and partner lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing hosted events.
  • Excellent communication, presenting and influencing skills across executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management systems.
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models – specifically with VARs and Distributors.
  • Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF), forecasting and evaluating marketing ROI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and platforms.
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and data analytics tools.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in channel or partner marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, preferably with a background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Salary Range: $153,800 - $192,300 + annual bonus
