The Digital Community Specialist (UK) is responsible for enhancing the Bluebeam customer experience through innovative programming within Bluebeam’s online community. The Digital Community Specialist (UK) will oversee cross-functional educational content creation, establish short- and long-term community goals, and keep stakeholders informed with routine updates on community metrics and project development. This involves strategic planning and alignment with other key educational pillars, including Bluebeam University, certifications, ILT, and Consulting Services, ensuring the availability of quality workflow- and job-related resources in the community. This position acts as a liaison with product, tech support, and other departments, ensuring customer feedback is delivered and questions are promptly answered. Additionally, it serves as the central point of contact for our community vendor.
About the Role:

Uphold stellar customer service standards across all programming.

Conduct detailed needs analysis, learner analysis, and performance gap analysis to develop and execute a comprehensive community program strategy tailored to customers' educational needs and community feedback.

Strategize and deliver compelling educational content and programming to enhance product knowledge among our customers and foster a strong community of expert Bluebeam users while ensuring all learning resources are credible, engaging, relevant, and accessible.

Oversee, moderate, and optimize support- and Q&A-focused community forums and knowledge base, ensuring customers get the support they need in a timely manner by directing questions and troubleshooting to the right channels and moderators.

Coordinate with the product team to facilitate customer conversations and feedback delivery.

Collaborate cross-departmentally to innovate and produce valuable educational materials, identifying opportunities for community-based learning (e.g. exploring new ways to deliver education through gamification, interactive learning modules, and more).

Utilize community insights, analytics, and best practices to inform content strategies and monitor the effectiveness of community and community-based education.

Ensure brand consistency and uphold the Bluebeam voice and tone across all community education touchpoints.

Cultivate relationships with power users and brand ambassadors to co-create user-generated/user-led educational initiatives.

Apply project management standards that keep teams on task and stakeholders and collaborators informed.
About You:

Previous program or project management experience in online user communities.

Able to clearly communicate concepts and concisely answer questions.

Technical Skills

Advanced technical user of community platforms (such as Higher Logic Vanilla), learning platforms (such as Skilljar LMS, Pendo) and platform integrations

Expertise in applying learning theory to develop customer education strategies

Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, GoToWebinar, etc.

Ability to communicate concepts and details across wide range of technical audiences
-
Ability to use and troubleshoot equipment and technology used during training (projectors, cables/converters, etc.)

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan.
