The Workplace Experience Specialist helps create an environment where Bluebeam employees feel supported, connected, and inspired to do their best work. This role provides outstanding customer delight across our U.S. and international offices, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for everyone, including remote and hybrid teams. Responsibilities include coordinating workplace requests and building work orders, overseeing programs like office snacks and supplies, and supporting events that bring teams together. The Specialist also collaborates with vendors and internal partners to keep operations running smoothly while contributing ideas that enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.

 

About the Role:

  • Provide day-to-day support for workplace operations, ensuring a positive experience for employees and visitors.
  • Manage workplace service requests, building work orders, and office maintenance tasks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Oversee office programs including snack and beverage service, office supply inventory, and vendor management.
  • Support the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and experiences that strengthen team engagement and culture.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Facilities, IT, and Security—to ensure operational efficiency and uphold safety and security standards for all employees.
  • Monitor and maintain adherence to workplace safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and building access systems.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of workplace processes, contributing ideas that enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

 

About You:

  • Manages snack program and all associated vendor relationships continuously looking for ways to improve.
  • Develops and manages office supply inventory systems; forecasts needs and seeks cost-effective solutions.
  • Assists in planning, facilitation, and execution for team meetings and internal events; consults with stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences that align with organizational priorities.
  • Directs the timely resolution of all building work orders and Workplace Experience service requests, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
  • Manages building access control processes, including maintenance of security protocols and oversight of access card distribution to safeguard employees and assets.
  • Tracks spend against the departmental operational budget and approves invoices; implements financial controls to align with organizational goals. Tracks environmental data for CSRD reporting.
  • Compiles, analyzes, and presents monthly occupancy metrics and work order data, providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Proactively leads the development and rollout of enhanced workflow processes, driving innovation in workplace operations and employee experience.
  • Champions a culture of collaboration by cultivating positive, productive working relationships across all levels of the organization, serving as a trusted partner to employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or employee experience roles.

  • Experience in PDF software
  • Proficient use of SharePoint and Smartsheet
  • Proficient use of a variety of work order systems such as Angus and Building Engines
  • Occasional travel to office locations as needed

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base Pay Range: $56,900 - $73,850 + annual bonus percentage
