The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping connect people strategies to business goals across multiple teams or regions. This role supports workforce planning, organizational changes, and key talent programs, using data and insights to guide decisions and improve employee experience. 

About the Role: 

  • Supports multiple departments, enterprise wise or complex global teams while actively partnering with managers and employees for needed processes and resources. 
  • Collaborates on various People processes and programs (talent acquisition, organizational change management, learning and development program design and deliver, performance management, etc.). that help streamline processes and impact employee experience.
  • Manage the planning and execution of meaningful internal company engagement in alignment with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works closely with people leaders and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, and facilitate employee change requests.
  • Be a resource to leaders and employees on workplace matters and facilitates problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts in alignment with company values. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and assist with reasonable accommodations, coaching and terminations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and recommended best practices related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide HR policy guidance and review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. Provide formal recommendations for enhanced and/or new programs
  • Gather employee feedback and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience. 
  • Serves as a lead for other HRBPs on the team and provides mentoring.
  • May create and facilitate higher level training sessions required by employees.

About You: 

  • Senior-level experience in employee relations/engagement or in a similar HR business partner role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective collaborator with experience working cross-functionally with employees and leaders in a global organization, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, time and project management skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with no guidance while maintaining priorities, focus, and attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • A track record as a champion of positive organizational culture and values
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, interpret and make formal recommendations based on data and feedback
  • Works effectively in an ambiguous environment, operating independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Adept at handling a variety of sensitive matters in a professional, mature, and confidential manner while balancing the needs of the business with the needs of employees. 
  • Strong coaching and active listening skills
  • Experience with facilitating training sessions to employees.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $129,400 - $140,000
