Senior Financial Analyst – Hybrid on-site in Dallas, TX Bluebeam Office

As a key member of the Finance Systems and Consolidations team within FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst helps develop company-wide plans and analyzes performance against them. In addition, this individual regularly conducts analyses of different business considerations and scenarios. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst drives process and reporting improvements that contribute to a highly efficient Finance Team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Senior FP&A Manager with managing the annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting processes
- Assist with providing accurate, timely and actionable financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders for annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting processes
- Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly internal and external (to our German parent company) reporting packages
- Work closely with our Accounting team during month end close to ensure that entries are posted to the correct accounts/teams and that accruals are properly recorded
- Collaborate with and support the FP&A Team and CFO to prepare various business scenarios and long-term forecast models
- Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team and HR/Payroll to update personnel planning assumptions
- Support multi-entity financial consolidations, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Extract, clean, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources (ERP, planning systems, and internal databases).
- Build dashboards, models, and visual reports to support decision-making by senior leadership.
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data with enterprise planning and ERP systems.
- This position will have recurring responsibilities in finance systems and consolidations, supporting the month end close processes and system enhancements.
Your Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership of work with high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with others across all functional areas of the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment. Experience with multi-entity reporting and translations between multiple financials systems will be valuable
- Solid analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in an FP&A role in the software industry
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Prior working knowledge of OneStream, Workday/Adaptive Insights or similar planning tool
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar ERP
- Power BI and SQL database experience a plus
- Prior experience in SEC reporting, Big 4 audit, financial systems would all be preferred.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The expected base pay range for this position is: $110,000 - $135,000 + Annual Bonus
