Sales Enablement Trainer is a key role within the sales organization, focused on empowering sales teams with the necessary training, knowledge, materials, and tools to enhance their selling abilities. This role involves creating comprehensive training programs, sales playbooks, and educational content to ensure sales representatives are well-equipped to engage with prospects and customers effectively.

 

The Sales Enablement Trainer will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution. This role is responsible for identifying the training needs of the sales team, developing onboarding and continuous learning programs, and providing sales teams with up-to-date product information and sales techniques.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement training strategy, program, and curriculum for the sales organization. 
  • Develop and roll out the sales playbook. 
  • Create sales success stories, sales guides, and job aides. 
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository. 
  • Train the sales organization on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials. 
  • Liaise with Product Marketing for up-to-date product information. 
  • Strengthen customer reference program. 
  • Design cross-solution templates for standardized presentations. 
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices. 
  • Develop an internal sales website for communication and access to materials. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Leadership, Operations, and People teams to understand the needed skills, identify current gaps, and create mitigation programs.
  • Plan and execute ongoing training programs.
  • Create and drive an onboarding training program for new hires with the Sales organization.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement and training, marketing, or sales support in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in e-Learning tools, development, and implementation. 
  • Experience building sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally. 
  • Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred. 
  • Knowledge Value Selling preferred. 
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills 

 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in designing and implementing full cycle sales training within SaaS organization.
  • Experience with HVS (salesforce), MEDDIC Sales Process, and Zoom Info.
  • Experience with different LMS systems, Mindtickle, and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Experience working with Articulate and SCORM.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $74,900 – 93,600.
