The Inside Sales Representative’s role is to provide support, outreach, and coordination for the North America Bluebeam Sales Team. This role will be 100% in office out of our Dallas, Tx office.
The Inside Sales Representative (Public Sector) works with a wide variety of federal, state, and local customers, prospects as well as internal Bluebeam team members. The primary focus is to actively support hot lead queues which consist of prospects or customers who have expressed an interest in purchasing Bluebeam’s products and services. These leads need to be owned within 24 hours and qualified by location, industry, and size. The Inside Sales Representative effectively works with the proper Bluebeam Channel, including Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Bluebeam Order Management and Bluebeam Global Services The Inside Sales Representative partners with the other teams at Bluebeam including but not limited to, Enterprise Sales, Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Technical Support, Marketing, Professional Services and Legal/Security to effectively guide customers through purchases of Bluebeam products and services. Properly executed, efforts will result in revenue growth, logo acquisition and retention and customer satisfaction for the North America Bluebeam Sales Team.
About the Role
- Take ownership of hot leads within 2 business hours of entering Queue
- Connect with all incoming leads within 24 hours
- Execute 6-point touch method with email, phone, Linkedin and more to help secure and coordinate meetings and opportunities.
- Execute proper qualification and discovery (Company, industry, locations, employee Size, Type, roles, workflows and technology) to expedite sales process
- Maintain a cadence with assigned reps
- Actively work designated campaigns and events, including trade shows
- Be initial Bluebeam contact point for all assigned accounts
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of all Bluebeam offerings to properly qualify and guide our prospects
About You
- Experience in a full cycle SaaS sales role (AEC experience a bonus)
- Strong communication, written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with change
- Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
- Firm understanding of all other internal software applications including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, Slack and etc.
- Ability to partner and develop professional working relationships and initiatives with other Bluebeam internal business partners

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $$55,300 - $66,200 plus eligible commisssions
