We’re hiring an experienced and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative (Outbound) to generate new business through 100% outbound prospecting. This role does not include any inbound leads — success depends entirely on your ability to identify prospects, penetrate accounts, and generate qualified opportunities through cold outreach. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline by researching accounts, crafting personalized messages, and executing high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is resourceful, persistent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where performance and ownership drive growth.

This role will be based out of our Dallas, Tx office and will be 100% in office.

What we would like to see in you:

  • 1–2 years of outbound sales or business development experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)
  • Proven success in cold calling, cold emailing, and multi-channel outbound prospecting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and cadence/sequence platforms (e.g., Gong)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging by persona and industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and maintain disciplined follow-up
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently without inbound lead support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing activities and data entry
  • Strong communication, written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with change
  • Experience in using Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav or other CRM
  • Firm understanding of all other internal software applications including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.
  • Ability to partner and develop professional working relationships and initiatives with other Bluebeam internal business partners

What you’ll do:

 

  • Proactively generate net-new pipeline through 100% outbound prospecting
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers
  • Research target accounts and identify high-potential prospects across assigned territories
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and opportunity data in Salesforce
  • Customize messaging based on persona, vertical, and use case to improve engagement rates
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs for calls, emails, and qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to iterate on messaging, talk tracks, and outbound strategy
  • Stay up to date on Bluebeam’s product suite, value propositions, and target customer profiles
  • Contribute to a high-performance outbound culture by embracing feedback, coaching, and data-driven improvement

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $56,900 - $68,100 plus eligible commissions
