  • Partner with Product Managers and Strategy leaders to evaluate long-term product and portfolio initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Query product and business data using SQL and Snowflake to answer questions about user behavior, feature adoption, retention, and monetization.
  • Build data models and lightweight dashboards to track the performance of key product initiatives and metrics over time.
  • Apply predictive modeling techniques, including regression and other basic machine learning methods, to forecast outcomes and identify trends or opportunities in customer and usage data.
  • Leverage product analytics tools such as Pendo to analyze user journeys, feature usage, and in-app engagement.
  • Support market and competitive analysis by combining internal usage data, external research, and customer feedback.
  • Help design and assess experiments or structured pilots to validate new product concepts or go-to-market approaches.
  • Communicate findings through clear written summaries and presentations to Product, UX, and GTM stakehold

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience influencing real product strategy decisions in a SaaS environment.
  • End-to-end exposure to analytics workflows, from raw data to executive-level recommendations.
  • Mentorship from Product, Strategy, and Data leaders.
  • A portfolio of impactful, data-backed projects to showcase in future roles.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience querying relational databases; familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses is a plus.
  • Experience using Python or R for data analysis, including cleaning, exploring, and modeling datasets.
  • Exposure to predictive modeling or machine learning through coursework, projects, or prior internship experience.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms, ideally Pendo, or similar tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Comfort with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, along with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Core Competencies

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, define clear questions and metrics, and design an analytical approach.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and attention to data quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into narratives and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative, low-ego teammate who enjoys working cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter who is organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
