The Channel Sales Operations Manager is responsible for Bluebeam’s worldwide Channel sales operations, ensuring ongoing internal and external excellence. Additionally, this role crafts the long-term, strategic vision for our Partner Sales Processes and executes on supporting Sales initiatives. This role is highly cross-functional, tying together Channel Sales, Channel Program, Channel Marketing, Enablement, Direct Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and external Partners.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Channel Sales Leadership:
    • Owns the development and execution of Bluebeam’s Internal Channel Sales experience. Works with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams on its design, implementation, and ongoing enhancements to ensure external Partners successfully interact with Bluebeam.
    • Regularly collects internal and external feedback on Bluebeam’s Partner experience to understand improvement opportunities.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Drives the creation or updates to Channel processes that promote Partner productivity such as opportunity conversion and partner self-service (external) & forecasting and GTM approach (internal).
    • Identifies issues and areas for enhancement to streamline Channel sales through business tools such as Salesforce and supporting Systems.
  • Sales Strategy Ownership:
    • Responsible for Channel Sales that drive desired Channel Account Manager behavior.
    • Collects and analyzes quantitative & qualitative Channel data to design Partner Program improvements with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Establishes and oversees Channel sales reporting so CAMs, managers, and leadership can self-service valuable insights about our internal sales team and external partners.

 

About You:

  • 3+ years Sales Operations experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strategic planning and project management
  • Sales Analysis
  • Salesforce.com and Excel proficiency
  • Cross-functional alignment and steering
  • Prior experience in people management, including:
    • Goal setting and prioritization
    • Career development
    • Coaching and training

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $89,000 – $111,200.
