Join the Office of the CEO at Bluebeam and gain hands-on experience working at the center of strategic decision-making. As an Integrations and Communications Intern, you will partner directly with the Chief of Staff on high-impact initiatives that shape how we integrate acquisitions and operate across our global portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to workstreams that influence Day 1 readiness, long-term operating strategy, and executive-level communications, while gaining exposure to senior leadership across the organization.
What You’ll Work On:
Integration Readiness and Planning
- Support the development of a comprehensive integration plan for a newly announced acquisition, helping define workstream priorities, functional interdependencies, milestone sequencing, and key risk areas to ensure organizational readiness for Day 1 and beyond
Portfolio Operating Model Design
- Assist in designing a scalable operating model for integrating acquired businesses within the Build and Construct division, helping define organizational linkages, functional alignment, and governance structures that support continued growth
- Contribute to a final end-of-summer presentation to leadership, including a documented, actionable PMI playbook and a recommended portfolio operating model with prioritized initiatives and implementation considerations
Communications and Executive Strategy
- Help execute a division-wide brand evolution strategy, coordinating across teams to drive alignment, timelines, and quality of delivery
- Research and identify external speaking and press opportunities for the CEO to elevate market presence
Develop executive-level presentations and materials to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to build structured frameworks from the ground up
- Comfortable gathering input from stakeholders and synthesizing diverse perspectives
- Clear, concise communicator, able to translate complex ideas into executive-ready deliverables
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts and attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate competing priorities across senior stakeholders

Compensation & Program Details:
- This is a full-time, in-person summer internship based in our Dallas, Texas office.
- Pay: $26.00/hour for the duration of the program
- Program Dates: June 1st – August 14th, 2026
