Certifications Program Manager

The Certifications Program Manager oversees all company customer and end-user software certifications.
This position is responsible for setting program direction based on company and end-user need, prioritizing content creation/improvements, and running projects to execute those improvements.
About the Role:
- Defining and executing certification program strategy in line with business/customer needs
- Conducting market research to determine customer and end-user needs
- Generating certification program direction and continuously improving offerings
- Collaborating with Learning Experience Designers and creatives to build superior software certifications at scale
- Relationship-building with certified instructors
- Leading localization efforts for all certifications
- Collaborating with our marketing, channel, product, and sales teams to ensure directional alignment
- Execute special projects to improve offerings
About You:
- 2+ years of SaaS experience
- 5+ years of program management/product management/software certification experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of, and experience with, SaaS certifications, customer training programs, onboarding, and the principles of customer success
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems (Skilljar)
- Proficient with exam platforms (Caveon, QuestionMark)
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Proven hands-on program/product management skills
- Consistently positive outlook, and a genuine interest in driving results and seeing customers be successful using Bluebeam products
- Ability to simultaneously manage a variety of programs; excellent multi-tasking skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit; self-driven approach
- Software company experience
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to interpret data and make recommendations accordingly
- Strong problem-solving skills and genuine attention to detail
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across various groups and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $89,000 - $111,200
