The Business Program Manager is to lead critical initiatives within our operations organization. This high-impact role demands a seasoned executive capable of orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs, managing M&A integration, and ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering transformative outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Strategic Program Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end management of strategic programs, including scope definition, objective setting, timeline management, and deliverable execution.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Drive alignment and synergy cross functionally and other key stakeholder groups to ensure seamless program execution and effective communication.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and ensure adherence to budgetary and resource allocation parameters.
- M&A Integration & Synergy: Lead the integration of acquired entities into Bluebeam's ecosystem, maximizing synergy and ensuring a cohesive operational framework.
- Outcome-Driven Management: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure programs achieve intended business outcomes, with a focus on value realization and return on investment (ROI).
- Program Management Excellence: Mentor and guide program management personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Organizational Leadership, Finance, Project Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, relevant management consulting within B2B software
- Demonstrated success orchestrating multi-brand or multi-BU transformation programs with at least a medium size company. $100M+ revenue impact.
- Expertise in portfolio governance and change management.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills; comfortable engaging C-suite Executives
- Proficiency with Project Management Institute standards, Agile methodologies, and modern collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of AI Assistants
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Financial Modelling experience
- Experience integrating acquisitions within a holding-company model
- AEC/O domain exposure strongly preferred

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $129,400 – 194,000
